Return and Refund Policy

Mobile Dairy (A Unit of Meri Dairy)

At Mobile Dairy, we aim to provide high-quality dairy equipment and solutions. For products purchased through offline channels (direct sales, distributors, or field orders), the following policy applies:

Exchanges

• Exchange is allowed only in case of manufacturing defects or damaged products
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/video)
• The product must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging
• Exchange will be processed after inspection and approval by our technical team
• Replacement will be provided for the same product model only

Returns conditions

No return policy is applicable for offline purchases once the product is delivered and accepted
• Returns will only be considered in exceptional cases where:

  • Wrong product is delivered
  • Product is completely non-functional at the time of delivery

• Any return request is subject to verification and approval

Refunds

We offer a 7 Days Free Trial for our software services to help customers evaluate the product before purchase
• Due to this trial period, no refunds or cancellations are applicable after purchase
• Refund requests, if any, will only be considered in exceptional cases where there is a genuine and verified issue, subject to internal review and approval
