I still have not received my order

Contact our support team with your Order ID. We will check with the delivery partner and resolve it as soon as possible.

The items received are incorrect or are defective

If you have received a wrong or defective item, please follow these steps:

• Share your Order ID with our support team
• Send clear photos or videos of the item received
• Report the issue within 24–48 hours of delivery

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
